1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ZenResume (https://www.zenresume.online), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Free Service & Local Execution

ZenResume provides free resume creation, ATS vector PDF formatting, and career educational resources. All data processing occurs locally within your web browser. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over any resumes, project descriptions, or text you create on this platform.

3. User Obligations & Prohibited Content (IT Rules, 2021 - Rule 3(1)(b))

In accordance with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you agree that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any legal right;
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or encouraging money laundering or gambling;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly communicates any misinformation;
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order.

4. Consumer Protection & Zero Dark Patterns Guarantee

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023 issued by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA), Government of India:

While we strive for 100% ATS parser accuracy and recruiter alignment, ZenResume provides services "as is" without express or implied warranty regarding job placement outcomes or employer interview decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Aneevarp Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The competent courts situated in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
